took us from Follansbee Inn up King Hill Road and Stoney Brook Road, around Lake Sunapee and Otter Pond.  After a short while, it began to rain, and rain, and rain. We probably passed many beautiful things, but who knew?  Luckily, David and Marsha planned ahead and we took shelter at the Shaker Inn for a very much appreciated lunch and respite from the wet.  A few diehards finished the ride and met the rest of us at Moose Mountain Lodge where we were drying out our shoes and relaxing by the fire.
