Markthal (Market Hall) The inside of the building is adorned with an 11.000 m2 artwork by Arno Coenen and Iris Roskam, named Hoorn des Overvloeds (Horn of Plenty). The artwork shows strongly enlarged fruits, vegetables, seeds, fish, flowers and insects and consists of 4000 aluminum panels.

Drive through Rotterdam, traveling past such modern architectural sights as the Weena building, Cafe Rotterdam, Schouwburgplein, Kop van Zuid and Coolsingel, the main street of the central area of Rotterdam. The city center also boasts pre-war architecture such as the Van Nelle Factory, one of the most important historic industrial buildings in the Netherlands, and the Huis Sonneveld. Next on your itinerary is a brief walking tour of Delfshaven, one of Rotterdam's oldest and best-preserved districts.
